I felt depressed... School... Waking up at 7:00 (I know, it's not super early, but after so much vacation, you're not used to it) and also the make-up courses for the debt and a thousand other boring things... In short... It seems like from the paradise of summer you've stumbled and landed straight into hell...

But a maternal shout ("Look here, in Saluzzo there are those you like, Marlene Kuntz, and they're even free") catches my attention and I feel resurrected... I ask a few friends... But no one knows them... Even my best friend can't come because she's sick... In the end, I find a companion for the adventure.

Saturday 29.09.07... We arrive in front of the warehouse, and in no time a crowd forms, which will increase significantly after the entrance. A bunch of modern songs brings a bit of boredom, "Damn! I'm here to listen to one of my favorite bands and I have to endure this teenage nonsense?" When the lights go out and a psychedelic glow fills the atmosphere, I realize it's time...

Our heroes take the stage, what an emotion! But my gaze was fixed on that bearded man with the "skeletal body," I'm obviously talking about Cristiano Godano... Just enough time for a thank you and with the guitar, he starts "Schiele Lei, Me", in my opinion, the best song of the band in the new millennium. Unique delirium, everyone singing, I'm already hoarse and almost completely lose my voice, the four songs that follow I didn't know... But they convinced me just the same, Cristiano seemed extremely angry and gritty, he shook and moved his black hair covering his eyes, in "Il Solitario" the voice becomes more afflicted, only to explode at the end. They played virtually all my favorite pieces, many songs from "Bianco Sporco," the one that struck me the most among these was "Mondo Cattivo", to which I moshed like crazy. Even easier tracks like "La Canzone che Scrivo per Te" and "A Fior di Pelle" got the crowd dancing and singing at the top of their lungs...

The explosion, however, came when Cristiano said "Now we're going to play three tracks from our first album", someone next to me shouts out loud "Sonica!" and others "Nuotando nell'aria!!", but these requests were met with a mocking grin from Godano and thus begins an angry version of "Trasudamerica", with the whole warehouse singing and swaying. In "Fuoco su di Te" the singer seems like Satan himself, "I'm out of my mind!... Yes, I'm out of my mindddd!" this is history. But we were waiting for at least a great classic and even if it's not "Sonica" it's still great to scream at the top of our lungs, I'm obviously talking about "Festa Mesta", a song I'll never get tired of listening to and screaming... A piece that brings to mind all my experiences at crappy parties.

In my opinion, the best part of the concert was reached with "Ape Regina", Cristiano sang it with tremendous grit... Exceptional. And here Marlene goes back to the dressing room, but anyone who thinks they've finished is wrong. In the encores, they propose two tracks from the last album, exceptional "111", especially the spoken and angry part. "Uno" was also beautiful. Marlene leaves us with "Bellezza" and here it truly ends...

Really a great concert, only the acoustics sucked and echoed a bit too much, who the hell cares if they didn't play "Sonica" and "Nuotando nell'Aria", it was a unique emotion all the same. I apologize for not talking much about the setlist, but I really don't remember all of it precisely... Also, some pieces I didn't know...
