Italian singer from Berceto (Parma). Released a first album in 1963. Married to Carlo Alberto Rossi (songwriter/producer) and wrote songs for several well-known Italian artists. Lived in Berceto after her divorce and kept many songs "in a drawer" for decades. Returned to the studio near age eighty to record Canzoni perdute, a collection of previously unheard songs.

A DeBaser review by Kyrielison recounts Marisa Terzi's return to the studio to record Canzoni perdute, a collection of songs written decades earlier. Terzi, from Berceto (Parma), released a first album in 1963 and later withdrew from public life. The project was initiated by a waiter-turned-producer who persuaded her to open the drawer of unheard songs and record them near age eighty.

For:Fans of vintage Italian song, collectors of archival vocal recordings, listeners who enjoy melancholic, nostalgic music.
