A brutal/death metal group known for an atypical, noisy and experimental take on the genre. According to the DeBaser review, activity ceased after the suicide of one of the members.

Their album Brutal Gore is described by a DeBaser reviewer as featuring unconventional growls (snarls, barks, echo/reverb), low gurgles, varied mixing choices per track, pseudo-melodic/symphonic inserts, slowdowns and accelerations, and a final track ('Positive Destruction') that devolves into extreme noise. Lyrics were judged by the reviewer to be typical and childish for the genre.

A single DeBaser review celebrates Malicious Onslaught's Brutal Gore as an atypical, experimental take on brutal death metal. The review highlights unconventional vocals, varied mixing and noisy, near-industrial passages. The band ceased activity after the suicide of one member, according to the review.

For:Fans of extreme metal, noise/experimental listeners, collectors of obscure death metal releases.

Before reading the following review, know that the reason I bought the CD in question at the time is due to the fact that a reviewer from an Italian specialized magazine dismissed this work by describing it as noise, and that while listening to it, it seemed as if a machete was hitting him directly in the brain.
