Flying Lotus (Steven Ellison) is a Los Angeles producer, DJ, and composer known for fusing electronic music with hip hop and jazz. Founder of the Brainfeeder label, he rose to prominence with albums on Warp such as Los Angeles and Cosmogramma, and has collaborated with artists including Thom Yorke, Erykah Badu, and Kendrick Lamar.
