Heavy Load are a Swedish heavy metal band from Stockholm, formed by brothers Ragne and Styrbjörn Wahlquist. Widely cited as pioneers of Swedish heavy metal with a strong epic bent, they released key records between 1978 and 1983 and later reunited in the late 2010s.
