National Health CosmicJocker

The four long tracks unfold sinuous and warm, dense and material like honey dripping from an overflowing honeycomb.

"Tenemos Roads" catapults us into the open sea on a ship at the mercy of marine waves and lashing stormy winds.

Explore National Health's debut for a rich, intricate progressive rock experience blending jazz and vivid storytelling.

National Health Giona

The album is completely permeated by warm and soft sounds, thanks especially to the keyboards of Alan and Dave, to Jimmy’s flute, and Amanda’s angelic voice, which give all the pieces a dreamy atmosphere.

Despite the fact that the above-described is an extraordinary album, it is certainly not indispensable for survival; anyone could very well live without getting lost in the fantastic arias and fairy-tale enchantment it produces... but it would be a real shame.

Dive into National Health’s timeless progressive rock journey and experience the enchanted soundscape of their 1977 masterpiece.

National Health

National Health were a British Canterbury-scene progressive rock group formed in 1975 by keyboardists Dave Stewart and Alan Gowen. Known for intricate, largely instrumental suites blending prog and jazz elements, they released the albums National Health (1978), Of Queues and Cures (1978), and the tribute D.S. al Coda (1982) following Gowen’s death in 1981.
