Brilliant, surreal, irreverent, clownish, but he showed his best self in "serious" pieces like "Sfiorisci bel fiore," "Niente," and "Vincenzina e la fabbrica." Among the songs that "make you laugh," yet are at the same time terribly tragic, how can one not mention "Ragazzo padre"?
