Al Kooper

American musician, songwriter, and producer known for his Hammond organ work and wide-ranging collaborations. A member of The Blues Project and a founding force behind Blood, Sweat & Tears, he rose to prominence in the 1960s, played organ on Bob Dylan’s Like a Rolling Stone, and later produced seminal Southern rock recordings.
