Mmmh, some works are very valid, others a bit less so; for me, they have never fully exploited Marcolin's vocal talents... however, they do their job well, just listen to Death Magic Doom (the latest) to realize it...

Candlemass

Candlemass is a Swedish doom metal band from Stockholm, widely credited as a key architect of epic doom. Founded by bassist and main songwriter Leif Edling, they became renowned for slow, heavy, Sabbath-influenced riffs and dramatic vocals, particularly during the era fronted by Messiah Marcolin.
