Ill Niño

I didn't know them, I heard an interesting piece ("two") on the movie Fragiles (when the hospital guard listens to metal in the headphones) and the fact that they mix in percussion and Latin stuff isn't bad. Are they good? I see there are even 11 reviews and a wide discography, what's the best album they've made?
