The absolute genius made flesh: a super multi-instrumentalist (flute, guitars, mandolin, bouzouki, pipes, percussion, keyboards... etc.) endowed at the time with one of the most beautiful voices in the world, in addition to great talent as a composer, arranger, performer, and producer. A great personality on stage, a great point, period.

Beyond Tull, his solo albums span electronics (Walk Into Light), orchestral/classical crossover (Divinities), and narrative prog (Thick As A Brick 2, Homo Erraticus).
