Giuni Russo

Giuni Russo (1951–2004) was an Italian singer from Palermo known for her extraordinary vocal range and adventurous blend of pop, synth-pop and classical/lyrical elements. She scored a major hit with “Un’estate al mare” (1982) and collaborated closely with Franco Battiato and Giusto Pio.
