He has only one flaw (extramusical): he loves rowing races. Never well tolerated back in the '90s-2000s, mainly because here in Etruria these gatherings involve among the spectators the illiterate Funzionali mobs and the worst troublemakers along the entire coast (you could scarcely speak with anyone to understand each other).
I find them with many of my anti-ecological friends, boring and unproductive across all lines, even inadequate to revive the culture of Fair Play among school-aged kids! On that note, as a dear friend of mine from Castiglioncello says, in the "great" and heavily polluted city of Becucci (four out of five in my overall judgment)... maremmabbioccona, after 60 years it’s high time to lower a much-deserved multi-decade curtain and seriously focus on the sailing world, which seems a bit more organized for good.
