Balaam and the Angel

Scottish-born band formed by the Morris brothers, emerging in the mid-1980s goth/post-punk scene, later tilting toward hard rock. Signed to Virgin, they released The Greatest Story Ever Told (1986) and the harder-edged Live Free or Die (1988).
