Klaus Wiese

Klaus Wiese (1942–2009) was a German musician and multi-instrumentalist known for pioneering drone-ambient music and for his use of Tibetan singing bowls. He traveled in Iran, Afghanistan and India, studied Sufism, and was associated with the German group Popol Vuh (credited with tamboura on Hosianna Mantra and Seligpreisung).
