Alio Die is the ambient project of Italian musician Stefano Musso (Milan), active since the late 1980s. His work blends ritual/meditative drones, field recordings, and acoustic timbres (zither, psaltery), and includes collaborations with Robert Rich, Oöphoi, and Aglaia.
