Robert Aickman

Robert Aickman (1914–1981) was a British author celebrated for his ‘strange tales’, subtly dislocating reality with psychological and uncanny undercurrents. A major figure in 20th‑century weird fiction, he wrote influential collections such as Dark Entries, Sub Rosa, and Cold Hand in Mine.
