Thomas Ligotti

Thomas Ligotti (born 1953, Detroit) is an American author of weird and horror fiction. Debuting with Songs of a Dead Dreamer (1985), he followed with Grimscribe, Noctuary, and Teatro Grottesco, and the non-fiction essay The Conspiracy Against the Human Race. His work is noted for philosophical pessimism and collaborations with Current 93.
