Don Backy

Tuscan singer-songwriter and actor Aldo Caponi, known as Don Backy, emerged with the Clan Celentano in the 1960s. His debut album L’Amore mixed Italianized covers and originals. He later reached wider fame with Sanremo entries such as L’immensità, and authored songs like Canzone and Casa Bianca, while also appearing in films and writing for other artists.
