In my opinion, Bring Me the Horizon are one of the most important bands around. They have demonstrated their ability to span different genres and have also revolutionized the way metal is made with their two most successful albums, "There Is a Hell, Believe Me I've Seen It. There Is a Heaven, Let's Keep It a Secret" and "Sempiternal," two albums that are truly well done with incredible arrangements. Unfortunately, not everyone understands their real importance; I get that the genre might not appeal to everyone, but saying "a group for kids, they've ruined music blah blah" is quite different. In my opinion, those who write such things don't really understand music, or they're old folks who only like "true metal." I'm sorry to disappoint these people, but it's not just Metallica and Megadeth, and times change. So for me, they are an excellent band, with a few songs that are a bit underwhelming, but overall, they are really talented artists who know how to make music.
