Luciano Ligabue

In the 90s, he was a decent artist, still redeemable until the first half of the 00s; from the first Campovolo onwards, he ended up like many in a vortex of embarrassing mediocrity. Definitely overrated, although in reality, there is much worse in the Italian scene. 3 stars just for the first albums (Ligabue, Lambrusco, Sopravvissuti, and Buon compleanno Elvis).
