I’m biased; I’m not too fond of the works from the '70s (aside from the double whammy "A Night at the Opera" and "A Day at the Races," which feature two of the most beautiful songs in history, "Bohemian Rhapsody" and "Somebody to Love"). For the rest, I prefer the '80s; I find them more fun, more trashy, and they take themselves much less seriously. Just my personal opinion.

British rock band formed in London in 1970. Core classic lineup: Freddie Mercury (lead vocals), Brian May (guitar), Roger Taylor (drums) and John Deacon (bass). Known for genre-crossing albums and stadium anthems such as "Bohemian Rhapsody", and for legendary live performances (notably Live Aid 1985). Freddie Mercury died in 1991.
