Luciano Ligabue

I've never been thrilled about it, not even before Buon Compleanno Elvis. Lately, I've been reflecting on the fact that when he's more short on ideas than usual, the good Liga comes up with a little treat/diversion in the form of a mega acoustic live album in 3 CDs, or he drags out an orchestra just to warm up the same old soup a bit more. This is the peak of renewal (I wouldn't dare say experimentation, for heaven's sake) that one can expect from what many consider the "greatest Italian rocker." Score: 1.5

Italian singer-songwriter, rock musician, author and film director (born 13 March 1960 in Correggio). Debut album released 1990; also directed the film Radiofreccia.
