Alex Britti

For me, a great: aside from guitar talent, he managed to break through with some pretty crappy songs that are nevertheless very well-structured, and then in the Unplugged sessions, he created real jam sessions with bluesmen. It might not be to everyone’s taste, of course, but he understands what the audience likes and uses it to his advantage as well. Well done, Alex!

Alex Britti

Alex Britti (Rome, 23 August 1968) is an Italian guitarist and singer-songwriter known for blending blues and pop. He broke through with the album it.pop (1998) and won the Sanremo Newcomers section in 1999 with “Oggi sono io.” Notable hits include “Solo una volta (o tutta la vita),” “La vasca” and “7000 caffè.”
