Emerson, Lake & Palmer

I have never listened to Tarkus and Brain Salad Surgery in their entirety; I can't shake off the sleep that inevitably falls over me during the "felt" sound interventions of the good K. Emerson with his much-quoted virtuosity... now forgotten for centuries... I rarely have the courage to try to listen to an entire album... it’s a colossal undertaking... even though on a plane they put you to sleep in a matter of seconds.
