Foo Fighters

The first two albums are really good, if not excellent, as in the case of the debut. Up until One by One, they were fun. From In Your Honor onward, a bit self-referential, with some scattered ideas but nothing more. Today they are a stadium rock band, powerful live, but I fear that the memorable work many would have expected will never come. I hope to be proven wrong. So much love for Dave, anyway.
