Blue Cheer

American rock band formed in San Francisco, noted for a very loud, fuzz-heavy sound in the late 1960s; their 1968 debut Vincebus Eruptum and their cover of "Summertime Blues" are most cited. Regarded as an early influence on heavy metal and later stoner/psychedelic bands.
