John Campbell

American blues guitarist and singer from Louisiana, known for fierce slide guitar and a dark, resonant voice. He released A Man and His Blues (1988), One Believer (1991), and Howlin’ Mercy (1993) before dying of a heart attack during a 1993 European tour.
