Jethro Tull

A friend of mine, who is now 60, saw the JT in Rome when he was a kid. Nobody knew them; I think they were the opening act for someone famous. When he came out with his flute, the audience laughed and said, "Who is this fool playing with his leg like that?" But soon enough, they stopped laughing because those were the JETHRO TULL, and they were blowing everyone away. The crowd went wild with excitement. One of my all-time favorite bands. Unique.
