Of them, I only know MY SHARONA, which I would like to say a few words about. This song quickly became a classic and never gets old; why? Perhaps because, in addition to being intrinsically valid, it represents the ideal passing of the baton between rock and pop from the 70s to the 80s. Notice how it strikes a perfect balance between pop and rock, not too seventies but still not quite eighties.
