Metallica

I loved Metallica up until the "Black Album" (which I still appreciate), but then… neurons, etc.… the band has been dead and buried since 1994. Load and the subsequent works are something repellent. I don't know if they still play, if they’ve released any other crappy albums, but the Metallica I adored when I was 14 were the ones from "Fight Fire with Fire"… pure energy. They wrote the history of metal, like it or not… it’s perhaps one of the biggest musical disappointments I've dealt with.
