Underrated guitarist, a drummer too often forgotten, a tasteful keyboardist, and a second keyboardist from a universally compositional perspective. The Toto are not underrated; rather, they have paid the price of needing recognition in the charts, but fundamentally they are 5-star because there are no 6-star ratings.
