Family were a British rock band from Leicester, active 1966–1973, known for Roger Chapman’s distinctive vibrato and an eclectic blend of prog, psych, folk and R&B. Key members included guitarist Charlie Whitney, violinist/bassist Ric Grech, and (in 1971–72) John Wetton.
