Powerman 5000

Nice for those who like Rob Zombie, but no more than that. Anyone who has heard their first album has heard it all. Verbose and a bit ridiculous, they deserve credit for "When Worlds Collide," which was a blast back when we were 14 (Tony Hawk II). Anyway, better the Superheroes by Edguy than the Supervillain by Powerman 5000...

Powerman 5000

Powerman 5000 is an American rock band formed in Boston and led by vocalist Spider One (Michael Cummings). Known for a sci‑fi aesthetic and heavy, hook‑driven riffs, the band broke through with Tonight the Stars Revolt! (1999), powered by singles like When Worlds Collide and Nobody’s Real. Earlier material was reissued by DreamWorks as Mega!! Kung Fu Radio.
