5 for technical quality, 5 for consistency and the courage to change style (almost always with excellent results), 4.5 because perhaps they haven’t created true masterpieces (maybe those from the 2nd phase or 2112 come close), 4 as personal taste because I can't give more to a "heavy" group. In any case, huge and, if you're serious about decibels, Rush is the right choice.
