I caught a glimpse of her dreadful show, and her advice to managers was: "You need to have balls," "Anyone who works with me must have balls," "You don't have balls," "You all need to show some balls," "For this job, you need to have balls," "Show that you have balls," "Bring out the balls"... the problem is that she represents far too well the average Italian manager.
