Sigur Rós

There is no suitable word for them except perhaps "surprising." Coming from the cold land of Iceland, Sigur are capable of reinventing themselves sound after sound without ever being mundane. Their way of creating music is unlike anyone else's; they invent words, blend atmospheres, and incorporate different styles with results that always exceed expectations. Surrender yourself, there's nothing else needed to appreciate them.
