Jimmy Page

What can we say about the great Jimi Page? It’s true, he borrowed a bit here and there. But when the same guitarist throws out both the greatest riff of all time (Whole Lotta Love) and the best solo (Stairway to Heaven), then he can be widely forgiven. Perhaps not the best soloist ever, but when it comes to riffs, no one does it better than him.

Jimmy Page

English guitarist, songwriter, and producer born 9 January 1944 in Heston, Middlesex. A prolific 1960s session musician, he joined The Yardbirds and later founded Led Zeppelin, becoming one of rock’s most influential guitarists and producers.
