Margaret Thatcher

Despite the damage it has caused to so many people, the general decline of many public services, and the excessive deregulation of the financial sector (with consequences that we still suffer today), as well as its authoritarian tendency reminiscent of a Fourth Reich, one must be balanced regarding Thatcher. I don’t say this lightly; I have been to England and talked with people who highlighted some positive aspects. In any case, unemployment has been cut in half under her leadership.
