OSI (Office of Strategic Influence) is an American progressive project formed by Kevin Moore and Jim Matheos, known for fusing prog metal/rock with electronic textures. Their studio output spans Office of Strategic Influence (2003), Free (2006), Blood (2009), and Fire Make Thunder (2012), featuring drummers Mike Portnoy and Gavin Harrison.
