If they weren't famous and if they weren't always labeled as an alternative group, your opinions would be different. In reality, they've always been a mainstream group, almost pop, but they've always done so with the ability and desire to bring something to the table. Sure, they have tons of adolescent traits (but what's wrong with adolescents, anyway?), and their image is quite debatable.
