If they weren't famous and if they weren't always labeled as an alternative group, your opinions would be different. In reality, they've always been a mainstream group, almost pop, but they've always done so with the ability and desire to bring something to the table. Sure, they have tons of adolescent traits (but what's wrong with adolescents, anyway?), and their image is quite debatable. American rock band formed in Agoura Hills, California. Core members include Mike Shinoda, Brad Delson, Rob Bourdon, Joe Hahn and Dave "Phoenix" Farrell; Chester Bennington was the band's lead vocalist until his death on July 20, 2017. Known for blending rock, hip-hop and electronic elements across major releases such as Hybrid Theory and Meteora.
