Almost emerging from nowhere, in a span of five years they definitively made the Blekke implode, even legitimizing it in provincial dance halls on Sunday afternoons while everyone else was busy playing with themselves in the basement, counting the line-ups of Mayhem.

Wolves in the Throne Room are an American atmospheric black metal band from Olympia, Washington, formed in 2002 by brothers Aaron and Nathan Weaver. Celebrated for nature‑focused themes, analog/vintage production and expansive compositions, they rose with albums like Two Hunters, Black Cascade and Celestial Lineage, later exploring an ambient companion in Celestite and returning with Thrice Woven and Primordial Arcana.
