Terrence Malick

The five deserves (almost) everything. 5 films in forty years, one beautiful (Badlands), one I haven't seen (Days of Heaven), one I don't hesitate to call a masterpiece (Thin Red Line), one not perfectly successful but very captivating (Tree of Life), one so-so (New World). Now he's working on two new films (at the same time, it seems he's in a hurry) with Natalie Portman, Bale, and Blanchett. I'm curious. Anyway, great director.
