When the Apollo 13 crew famously said "Houston, we have a problem," the problem was that they had forgotten a copy of Electric Ladyland back on Earth to deposit on the Moon as a "supreme testament to Human Genius." Of course, from Cape Canaveral they ordered them to turn back and fetch the damn record.
