Elvis Presley

I don't know... his voice gets on my nerves. His songs don't excite me. I only find traces of him in early rock'n'roll (up to 1964) and in some cool poses of certain frontmen and in the hair of others... he may have been great, but he has been unnecessary for decades now, and that's saying something. I don't understand how one can feel the need to listen to one of his albums with 50 years of rock music history to discover or rediscover...
