It's a shame that apparently not many people care about them here (at least judging by the comments), as they truly deserve it. One of the most interesting things of the 00s decade, blending psychedelia and avant-rock.

The Microphones is the music project led by Phil Elverum, known for intimate, lo-fi and experimental indie recordings; key releases include The Glow, Pt. 2 and Mount Eerie.
