Glory to comrade Rizzo, one of the few who remained faithful to the Party! Unfortunately, he lacks an essential characteristic to be a good secretary: a thick mane like comrade Marx, comrade Gramsci, comrade Stalin with his rockabilly quiff, comrade Togliatti, and so on. When the tricolours arrived (like the traitor Gorbachev), the Party’s problems began (Lenin is an exception, of course).
