Walt Disney

Without the merger with Pixar, by now it would be begging on the street. In fact, they still manage to produce some pretty decent cartoons, but everything else (TV series, manufactured singers/bands,…) is, as they say, distilled crap in its pure essence.

Walt Disney

Walter Elias Disney (1901–1966) was an American animator, film producer, and entrepreneur. He co-founded The Walt Disney Company, created Mickey Mouse, pioneered synchronized sound in animation with Steamboat Willie (1928), and released the landmark feature Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937). He holds the record for the most Academy Awards won by an individual.
