Already excellent with the Birthday Party, accompanied by "The Bad Seeds," he becomes, starting from 1984, one of the greatest singer-songwriters and artists of the '80s and the first half of the '90s, releasing a string of outstanding albums such as "From Her to Eternity," "Firstborn is Dead," "Your Funeral...My Trial," "Tender Prey," "The Good Son," and "Henry's Dream." Until 1992, he was a giant; until 1996, he remained excellent; today, he is noticeably declining, but still dignified.
