Death

I quote the first comment regarding the lyrics. They are beautiful; they don't reflect the stereotype of the death metal group at all. Musically, however, I argue that the early '90s line-up (with Schuldiner, DiGiorgio, LaRoque, and Hoglan) is the best ever in metal.
